Mechanicsburg, a suburb just West of Harrisburg, has just opened. This is the fifth location for the lucky people of Pennsylvania. The city of Tempe is much more tempting now. Roger and Stella Baker, owners and operators of a Cheeburger Cheeburger in Chandler, Arizona have just opened at the Tempe Marketplace. Bruce Zicari II is Named Chair of Wilmot Cancer Center Board.
Mr. Bruce Zicari II, son of Cheeburger Cheeburger Founder and Chairman Bruce Zicari, has been named Chair of the Wilmot Cancer Center Board. The Wilmot Cancer Center, in Rochester, New York, has long been a leader in cancer research. One of its noble goals is to become the most acknowledged and respected cancer research center in the world. Also very dedicated to cancer research is Cheeburger Cheeburger, and the Zicari family. In fact, Bruce Zicari created Nancy & Friends Fighting Cancer, Inc., a nonprofit organization, for the purpose of generating money to fund cancer research. This organization is unique in the fact that 100% of all funds raised, every dollar contributed, goes directly to fund cancer research and those afflicted with this terrible disease. None of the money contributed is used for overhead or administrative costs of any kind.
As Chair, Mr. Zicari will lead the completion of a $162 million facility under construction now, as well as the completion of the Wilmot Cancer Center's Comprehensive Campaign to raise $42.5 million to support the expansion of local cancer care and research. So far, $31 million has been raised.

Mark Shuffield cannot be prouder than he is now. His Little Rock Cheeburger Cheeburger was voted "Best Burger" in town, and was also voted runner up for "Best Restaurant" and runner up for "Best Fries." All of this just FIVE weeks after opening! About half our Cheeburger locations have already been voted "Best Burger" in their respective cities, but none has achieved this honor as quickly.
